Kelly Jo from The Food Nanny joins Doug every Wednesday around 4:15 to serve up some Veggie based knowledge. There’s more than corn, beans and potatoes out there. And there’s plenty of ways to make it taste really good. That’s where Kelly Jo comes in. She’ll discuss different dishes, from snacks, to sides, to mains, to desserts, that are all veggies.
