Get Your Vegu-Cation!

Get Your Vegu-Cation!

We’re all looking to be healthier.  And diet plays a huge part in achieving that goal.  Some people do a “Meatless Monday” where they go vegetarian for a day.  Some people dive right in and go 100% vegetarian.  But if you just want to eat better but haven’t dipped your toe into the wide world of vegetables, where do you start?  With a solid Vegucation!

Kelly Jo from The Food Nanny joins Doug every Wednesday around 4:15 to serve up some Veggie based knowledge.  There’s more than corn, beans and potatoes out there.  And there’s plenty of ways to make it taste really good.  That’s where Kelly Jo comes in.  She’ll discuss different dishes, from snacks, to sides, to mains, to desserts, that are all veggies.

And check back every week here and on Doug’s Page for a recap of this weeks Vegucation.
