Words Escape Me…
Words Escape Me…

So here’s a thing.

It’s called “Prancercise”.  That’s where you prance around for exercise.  You know, like a horse would.  Prancercise.  Why Prancersize instead of say, I don’t know, almost any other exercise?  Well, from their website:

Using imagery to imagine ourselves as a beautiful animal that’s a symbol of beauty, strength and endurance while we’re exercising in order to free our minds of any self image that may be less appealing. . . Striving to be the best “ME” you can be!!

There’s a lot more stuff like that on there as well.  What I can’t figure out is what I find more disturbing:  A) That this is a thing at all B) Her wig C) whatever is going on with her teeth.

So if going to the gym is too much, grab some ankle weights and get to prancin’!
