Keeping the Halloween theme rolling for an extra day, we dove into Four Witches Black Saison from New Holland Brewing Company.

Ryan’s Rating:  6

My Rating:  7

Overview:  Toasty, nutty, with a subtle front end.  In the middle there’s some licorice/raisin hints with some carbonation, and a bit of hoppy bitterness, but over all malty flavor.  And a smooth finish.  Not our favorite, but not bad at all.  And with 8.9 % ABV, this one is a pretty serious beverage.

Rosati’s Pairing:  Fettuccini Alfredo with mushrooms

In this image released by Brigade Marketing, actress Maika Monroe appears in a scene of It Follows, directed by David Robert Mitchell. “It Follows,” has been arguably the buzziest American film at Cannes next to Bennett Miller’s wrestling drama “Foxcatcher,” which boasts a far more famous cast and a major premiere at the Palais des Festival.

"It Follows" is a horror movie worthy of classic comparisons.
