On Tap is brought to you by Rosati’s Pizza, 701 S. Gregory Urbana.  328-2334.

This week it’s Nut Brown Ale from Arcadia Ales.

Shane’s Rating:  5

My Rating:  5

This is a tough beer for us to judge.  It’s pretty well made and decently balanced.  But it’s not doing much to really trip our triggers.  It has some malty sweetness and of course a nice nuttiness, but for me and Shane both there was a definite coffee, almost burnt coffee flavor dominating the rest.  It’s a bit watery in texture and has a little hoppy, bitter after taste.

Not bad, not great.  Right down the middle.

That being said, this would actually go really well with a rib eye sandwich from Rosati’s.  Little bit of cheese, maybe some peppers (Shane’s tip, I would pass but that’s just me).

In this image released by Brigade Marketing, actress Maika Monroe appears in a scene of It Follows, directed by David Robert Mitchell. “It Follows,” has been arguably the buzziest American film at Cannes next to Bennett Miller’s wrestling drama “Foxcatcher,” which boasts a far more famous cast and a major premiere at the Palais des Festival.

"It Follows" is a horror movie worthy of classic comparisons.
