On Tap SPECIAL: Interview w/ Dock Street Brewing
On Tap SPECIAL: Interview w/ Dock Street Brewing

I’m not sure if you know this about me, but I like Zombies.  And if you’re on this part of the webiste, you already know I like beer.  So you can imagine how excited I was to hear about Dock Street Brewing in Philladelphia, PA brewing up Dock Street Walker, a beer brewed with roasted goat brains.  Right?!  Brain Beer!  So of course I had to give them a call to see what the deal was.  Well the cool folks at Dock Street Brewing set me up with Sasha, one of the brains behind Dock Street Walker.  They were also kind enough to send me two bottles of their Walker beer.  (Spoiler: That’s what we’re drinking On Tap Friday.  I couldn’t wait.)

So, here’s my interview with Sasha from Dock Street Brewing.  We talk how the idea developed, if the Walking Dead folks have contacted them, and if there will be more.

And on a side note, just looking at their website, talking to Sasha, and seeing their menu, I think Dock Street Brewing should be on your “Must Visit” list if your in the Philly area.  Just my two cents.  Great bunch of folks out there at Dock Street.
