CHAMPAIGN, Ill. (Chambana Today) — While Chambana Today has been covering local crime stories since its earliest days as a news source for the community, our newsroom has recognized a lack of coverage for crime occurring on campus. Whether you’re a parent trying to stay in the now about your child’s campus or a student on campus wondering what the campus police is up to, we’re here to have you covered.

For purposes of better readability on multiple platforms, we’ve changed the format of our on-campus crime log starting this week to list crimes as opposed to organizing them in tables. As a reminder, all data used in this story can be accessed and downloaded from the Daily Crime Log provided by the University of Illinois Police Department.
