Champaign Wine Walk returns May 30, featuring wines from around the world

CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) — A celebrated downtown tradition is back! The Champaign Center Partnership invites residents and visitors to the Wine Walk on Saturday, May 30 from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m., offering an afternoon of wine tasting, community, and exploring downtown Champaign with friends and family.

Check-in for participants begins at the Inman Hotel/Farren’s, after which guests will journey through 14 downtown businesses hosting wine tastings featuring selections from major wine-producing regions around the world.

Wines are curated by Champaign Center Partnership members Punch! and Big Grove Tavern, with opportunities to purchase favorite bottles for home enjoyment. Tickets are $40 and available now on Eventbrite or on their Facebook page.

“Another wonderful Wine Walk for our community,” said Alisa Hart, Marketing and Communications Manager, highlighting the event as a chance to bring people together while celebrating downtown Champaign’s vibrant business scene.
