CHAMPAIGN, IL (Chambana Today) — A new professional development workshop aimed at first-time and front-line leaders will take place later this month, offering participants practical tools to build confidence and strengthen leadership skills.

The program, titled “Leadership Out Loud,” is scheduled for April 28 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. Organizers say the event is designed as an interactive, hands-on experience rather than a traditional lecture-style seminar, with a focus on helping emerging leaders develop a clear and intentional approach to leading teams.

The workshop will cover several key areas, including:

  • Setting clear expectations without second-guessing
  • Holding yourself and others accountable
  • Using positive accountability methods
  • Strengthening communication to lead with confidence

Organizers say the goal is to provide attendees with strategies they can apply immediately in their roles, helping them navigate common leadership challenges more effectively.

The cost to attend is $225 per person, which includes lunch. Registration is open to professionals stepping into leadership roles or those looking to refine their management skills. To purchase tickets, click here.
