DANVILLE, IL (Chambana Today) — A new one-day leadership workshop is set to help emerging leaders move beyond uncertainty and into confident, purposeful decision-making.

Hosted by Monyok Leadership, the “Leadership Out Loud” program will take place April 28 from 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. The training is designed specifically for first-time and front-line leaders—those often promoted into leadership roles without formal preparation. Organizers say the goal is to eliminate the “guessing” that many new leaders experience.

The workshop focuses on practical, real-world skills rather than theory. Participants will gain tools they can apply immediately, including:

• How to set clear expectations—without second-guessing yourself
• How to hold yourself and others accountable (without tension)
• Practical tools for positive accountability
• Communication strategies that build confidence—not confusion

The event will include interactive exercises and hands-on learning, distinguishing it from traditional lecture-style seminars. Attendees will practice communication strategies and accountability methods designed to help them lead more effectively as soon as they return to their workplaces.

The cost to attend is $225 per person, which includes lunch.

Registration is now open. Those interested can learn more and secure a spot by visiting: Leadership Out Loud | Monyok Leadership.
