The Scoop for July 26, 2018

The Comedy Central roast of Bruce Willis this weekend, but if you want a little taste of what’s to come, comedian and professional roaster Jeff Ross said he called Bruce, quote, “A white trash Patrick Stewart.”
That explains Bruce’s next project: Star Trailer: The Kentucky Generation.

The conversation about Roseanne’s racist tweet continues, but how is the subject of that tweet, Valerie Jarrett, feel about the whole thing? Her response, “Roseanne who?”
So you’re good. Moving on…

Back when he was a New York Yankee, Derek Jeter used to make dug out bets with his teammates, which seems fun, but apparently he was a bit of a sore loser… Because he would pay in pennies. And we’re not talking a couple of bucks. Nope. $100 in pennies. Not cool Derek. Not cool.

If you watch wrestling, you probably know about the Bella Twins, Nikki and Brie. And when they were growing up, Brie says they would do you’re typical twin stuff, you know trade places to do things the other didn’t want to do… Like breaking up with boyfriends. Which seems fine, but Nikki asked her sister, “Where were you a few months ago.”
See, because that’s when Nikki broke up with her fiance, John Cena, just weeks before their wedding. Ouch.

Bonus Scoopage: Have you ever wanted to just hang out with Jeff Goldblum and talk about stuff? Well Nat Geo is granting that wish. Jeff’s getting his own docu-series, The Curiosity of Jeff Goldblum. He will travel around the world and explore the backstory of ordinary objects like balloons. I’d be down for that.
