The Scoop! For April 21, 2021

Yesterday was 4/20, and if you know you know. But you know who wasn’t celebrating 4/20? Ellen DeGeneres.
She hates pot and the way it makes her feel.
That being said, she had been having troubles sleeping, and one of her staff gave her an edible gummy and, well, it didn’t have the effect she was looking for.
She thought she was going to die.
That’s not surprising really. I see Ellen as more of a wine cooler kind of person. And old school wine cooler, like Bartles and Jaymes type.

So Boy George is getting his own biopic called “Karma Chameleon”. And, according to Boy, it’s going great so far. There is one hang up though. They need someone to play Boy George.
10 bucks says that Boy ends up playing himself in this thing. I can’t imagine this is going to be good.

If you’re like me and are a Stranger Things fan who hates waiting, well, bad news. According to Mike, we’re going to have to wait for season 4.
It probably won’t drop until 2022.
If they manage to get the Boy George biopic out before Stranger Things, I will not be happy.

Bonus Scoopage:
Here’s the first seven minutes of the new Mortal Kombat movie.
WARNING: It has an R rating, so be careful before watching. There is some violence and some blood. You’ve been warned.
