The Scoop for Nov. 15, 2018

You might not know Michael Avenatti, but he’s the lawyer for Stormy Daniels, and now he finds himself in a bit of legal trouble himself. He was arrested yesterday for felony domestic violence. So of course after he posted bail he had a press conference where he said he’s never hit a woman.
I mean, did we expect him to say anything but that? No one facing those charges has ever come out and said, “Yeah, I beat her up.” No one says that. No one. So I guess we get to see him on the other side of the court room.

If you didn’t know, race car driver Danica Patrick and NFL QB Aaron Rodgers are a thing. And according to Danica, he used a tried and true pick up technique;
Movie lines. Yep. She said he was acting like, quote, “Jim Carrey.” I think what we’re hearing is, Danica Patrick has a crush on Jim Carrey.

In today’s world, sometimes things get a bit tense and it seems like there’s no hope. Even celebrities come to that point. Like Juliette Lewis. But she’s asking for help right from the source. Britney Spears. She went on a bit of rant asking if Britney could save us. When Britney was reached for comment, she only had this to say…

I mean you knew that was coming right?

Bonus Scoopage:
The Jack Reacher book series, which was turned into a film franchise starring Tom Cruise, is headed for the small screen with a new TV series in development. This means there won’t be any more Tom Cruise films, and no, Tom will not star in the potential TV series.
