A Little Bit of Awesome: 1/13/2021 Edition
Aryana is awesome. She’s five years old, and she had a fantastic idea on how to help make 2021 a little more awesome.
Aryana spent two weeks making 200 “Happy New Year” cards for people at a senior care facility near her home. She even busted open her piggy bank, and used the money to buy them gifts.
Katherine Kehrli is awesome. Last year she started a group called Community Loaves. They bake bread for food banks to donate twice a month. They consistently donate between six and seven hundred loaves every other week.
Recently, with over 500 home bakers now helping out, they were able to deliver 1,300 loaves. That’s awesome.
