Frank Richardson is what you call a Good Samaritan. Frank saw a guy on the side of the road in Huston. Turns out, the guys name was Doug and he was trying to get enough money to buy a bus ticket to go see his family in Alabama. So Frank decided to lend a hand to a person in need.
