Major Wooten is awesome. He’s a World War Two vet who just beat COVID-19 just in time to celebrate his 104th birthday last week.
His doctors, nurses and family sang “Happy Birthday” as he left the hospital in his wheelchair. Major Wooten is awesome.

This was just an awesome way to make this happen. Doug Henning was adopted as a kid, and he recently tracked down his biological father. So they finally were able to meet up for the first time, and Doug decided to recreate the scene from Elf, where Buddy the Elf meets his dad and sings a song.
Even though his dad had never seen the movie, they both really enjoyed the occasion. We thought it was awesome.
