Donald Helfer was awesome. And now his family knows just how awesome he was. You see, Donald was in World War Two, but never talked about what he actually did. Donald passed away in 1993, and just recently, someone in North Carolina randomly found Donald’s World War Two medals in a dumpster.
Donald even had a thank-you letter from President Truman. So now, Donald’s family knows just how awesome he was.
This is the sound of excitement, pride, and relief.
