Pastor Kazuhiro Sekino is awesome. He’s been working as a hospital chaplain, and to try and cheer people up, he asked his some of his friends in Japan to send him paper cranes. Pastor Sekino says that linking 1,000 paper cranes together is considered good luck in Japan, and helps you heal. Well, the response was more than he imagined.
Now 16,000 of them are hanging from the ceiling in the front lobby.
That’s awesome.

Ben Mazur is awesome. Ben works at a Schnucks here in Illinois and he was confronted with a scene right out of a movie.
A runaway shopping cart with a kid still in it started rolling through a parking lot.
But luckily for the kid and his mom, Ben sprinted over and was able to grab the cart right before it crossed into a busy intersection, saving the child. That’s just awesome.
