Our national anthem is awesome. But when a bald eagle lands on your shoulder during the anthem, that’s whole new levels of awesome. Seattle Mariners’ pitcher James Paxton found out just how awesome it was. Sure he’s freaked out at first, then he eases into the awesome.

Nature is flat out awesome. So when you get to be up close to a bit of nature you’re not normally exposed to, it’s pretty awesome. Like when this bobcat discovered a rattlesnake on the side of the road and decided to eat it for dinner.
