A Little Bit of Awesome: 4/8/2021 Edition
Airbnb software engineer Huge Ma is awesome. Back in January, Hu set up a website called TurboVax to help people find vaccination appointments. And he did it in just two weekends and for a total cost of just $50.
And now, Hu finally got his vaccine. He’s awesome.
Karl and Donna are awesome. They’ve been married for 55 years. Donna has Alzheimer’s and is living in a nursing home, so Karl hasn’t been able to have direct contact with her since the pandemic started. But this weekend, they were able to hug for the first time in a year.
That’s just awesome.
This kid is awesome. She knows what she likes, and she definitely knows what she doesn’t like. She sure doesn’t like it when someone tells her to chill out.
