A Little Bit of Awesome: 5/25/18 Edition

Sometimes you have to dive headlong into your job.. even when it means facing down a horse. But that’s what this awesome reporter did. She’s Hayley Moore, and she was covering horse races somewhere in England, and a horse threw its rider and got out of control. So she stood in front of a galloping horse . . . grabbed it by the bridle . . . got knocked to the ground and dragged . . . brought the horse safely to a stop . . . then got up and kept reporting. That’s flat our awesome.

If you know me, you know I love alternate versions of stuff. And I dig a good cover song. Well, a 14-year-old girl has been running a campaign online to get Weezer to cover “Africa”, by Toto. Weezer found out about it and decided to cover “Rosanna” instead. And honestly, pretty awesome.
