Felman’s of Coney Island, a hot dog joint in New York, tried to beat the Guinness World Record for largest hot dog yesterday. It was five feet long, two feet wide, with 120 pounds of beef. The five foot bun weighed 31 pounds all by itself.
A town in Mississippi unveiled a historical marker on Saturday, to honor 64-year-old Calvin Parker’s alien abduction. He says he and his buddy were abducted in 1973, while they were fishing. Check out the full story RIGHT HERE.
The internet is awesome. Sometimes. A woman in Georgia tried to shame a McDonald’s worker for napping, and that’s when the internet happened. People found out the guy, Simon Childs, recently became homeless, has a baby, his mom passed away, and he was sleeping between shifts while working a double. So people dropped off diapers, someone put him up in a hotel, and he’s been getting job offers. Like I said: Awesome.
