British Athlete, Simon Jackson, broke a Guinness World Record by completing an Ironman Indoor Triathlon in 8 hours 17 minutes and 12 seconds. Jackson used stationary machines to row 2.4 miles, bike 112 miles, and run 26.2 miles.
