Some folks were on a fishing outing on Cape Cod Bay, and one of the kids was reeling in a catch when a great white shark leaped out of the water and stole the fish. Yowzers!

Melanuie Knecht and Trevor Hahn are awesome. She was born with spina bifida and can’t walk, and Trevor is blind. So they’ve been teaming up to go hiking together. She straps herself onto his back, so she can see over his shoulder and tell him where to go. And now that they’ve practiced, they’re planning to hike up a 14,000-foot mountain together. That’s awesome.

Your childhood was a lie. There are no real lion roars used in the original “Lion King” movie. They were just voice actor Frank Welker growling into a metal garbage can. Here’s a clip of him recording some roars. Enjoy ruining your memories.
