A Little Bit of Awesome: 7/27/2020 Edition

A reporter at a station in Tampa named Victoria Price just found out she has thyroid cancer after a viewer noticed a lump in her throat and sent an email.


Grady McClinton is awesome. He’s 15-year-old kid in Alabama who was out on a lake when he saw another boat that had caught fire. So he called the cops. But then the boat started sinking while a police officer was tugging it away, and it pulled the police boat down with it. So the same kid had to go back and rescue the cop.


An emergency room doctor from Louisiana got the virus in April, then had a stroke. He was on a ventilator for 39 days but survived. And on Friday, he finally left the hospital and got to see his wife and kids for the first time in three months.
