A Little Bit of Awesome: 7/9/2020 Edition

A surgeon in Ottawa named Corey Adams was hiking with his family last month, and saved Darrell Parker’s life by doing CPR. Then days later, he did the guy’s quintuple bypass surgery as well. Check out their full story RIGHT HERE.


Two high school students in Frisco, Texas launched a campaign called “Project Kind Packs” to make sure teachers have what they need when school starts up. Each bag includes school supplies and other stuff. Check out their full story RIGHT HERE.


Tens of thousands of people have joined Facebook groups and become “Wine Fairies” in the last few months. They put together gift baskets that usually include wine, and leave them on people’s doorsteps. Hundreds of chapters have popped up all over the country. The biggest one we’ve seen has about 80,000 members.


A woman caught her little granddaughter sneaking snacks, and when she asked her about it, the girl pretended she was sleeping.
