Kings Food Markets has about 25 grocery stores in New Jersey, New York, and Connecticut. And CEO Judy Spires hates that people keep yelling at employees about masks. Here’s a great story about a frontline worker. A black doctor named Russell Ledet lives in Baton Rouge and grew up poor, but still managed to get his PhD. And now he’s finishing up his M.D. at the same hospital where he used to work as a security guard. He posted a video on his first day and said anything’s in reach if you just put in the work.


A woman in Houston named Karen De Amat runs a marketing company called Social Behavior. She teamed up with a restaurant in Texas and held “Karen Day” on Monday and gave free food to anyone named Karen. About 40 showed up. Check out here full story RIGHT HERE.
