A Little Bit of Awesome: 9/6/19 Edition

An EasyJet flight from England to Spain didn’t have a pilot the other day. So it was about to be cancelled. But one of the passengers, Michael Bradley, happened to be a pilot for Easyjet, and really wanted to start his vacation. So he did stepped up and was the pilot for the flight. A kid in South Carolina named Jermaine Bell turns seven this weekend. And he’d been saving up his money for a big birthday trip to Disney World. But he decided to use it to help victims of Hurricane Dorian. He bought a bunch of hot dogs and snacks, and set up shop on the side of the road with a sign that said, “FREE FOOD” for evacuees. Give this guy a contract to play centerfield somewhere. He and a friend were riding a rollercoaster in Spain when he saw somebody up ahead lose control of their cell phone . . . so he reached out and caught it with one hand. He made it look easy.
