The creator of Jelly Belly is retiring and giving away a candy factory, Willy Wonka style. He’s holding a contest where people can pay to search for necklaces hidden in each state, and the 50 winners will be entered in a drawing for the candy factory. It costs $50 to enter. Jimmy MacDonald was nearly drowning when his kayak tipped over in a lake, and he prayed for help. And it came in the form of a group of priests on a floating tiki bar who pulled him to safety. He says the fact that it was a tiki bar is ironic, because he’s a recovering alcoholic.


Imagine waking up and finding yourself high in the clouds and hurtling toward earth. This guy passed out while skydiving with his instructor, and when he woke back up he forgot where he was and started screaming.

A Georgia deputy had to deal with a stubborn goat that wouldn’t stop eating paperwork she left on the seat of her car. The squad car door was left open while she served some court docs at the house.
