Maintenance and Mania

I’ve officially been “off” the Why Weight program for three weeks now and I’m still maintaining my weight. I’ve lost a total of 20 pounds since I started the Doug 2.0 Project, and it’s been about as successful as I could have hoped.

I talked with Melissa Smith, the Registered Dietitian at the Mettler Center and we discussed my progress as well as Mettler Mania which is happening tomorrow (4/19/13) from 6p to 8p at the Mettler Center, 2906 Crossing Court Champaign. I highly recommend stopping by and checking it out.
