The Scoop for April 29,2020

Now, I’m not the biggest Fred Armisen fan, but his new special, Standup for Drummers, has a few solid moments. Like when he goes through every American accent and dialect. It’s pretty solid. I do have a big of an issue with his Illinois accent, but it’s not bad.

Of all the rock stars out there, I think Dave Grohl might be one of the coolest. He’d be in my top 5 musicians I’d like to meet. And I’m not the only one who feels that way. TJ Riley is an emergency and trauma nurse, , who not only works in the hard-hit Bronx, N.Y. hospital, but also had COVID-19 is a huge Dave Grohl fan, and thanks to Jimmy Kimmel, he got to facetime with Dave.
Dave even did a little acoustic tune for him. I told you. Coolest rock guy ever.

I know, The Scoop is a bit thin today, so here’s Jimmy Fallon with some special quarantine Girl Scout Cookie names.
Used To Be Thin Mints. Do-Si-Don’t Touch Your Face. Tag-Alones. I think I’m About To Ginger Snaps.
You can call ’em what you want, Thin Mints are still the worst Girl Scout Cookie. Gimme those Do-Si-Don’t Touch Your Faces all day.
