The Scoop for Aug. 22, 2019

Even celebs have to drop their kids off on their first day of college, even if they didn’t buy their way in. Even Angelina Jolie is a bit misty dropping her son Maddox off at college. And here’s the thing, he’s not going to school down the street, or somewhere in state, or even in the United States. He’s going to school in South Korea. So it’s not like she can just bop over to see him whenever he gets homesick.

Apparently, Hollywood is going through every single movie that was put out between 1980 and yesterday and seeing if they can do a reboot, a sequal, or just use the name. I think they might be getting close to the bottom of the barrel though, because Marlon Wayans thinks we need to have a “White Chicks 2”.
He says, quote, “I love the movie. I think it should’ve been a franchise. The audience definitely deserves a part two.” That audience might deserve it, but the rest of us don’t. Just leave the past alone Marlon.

Spicey is back.
Yep, former Trump press secretary Sean Spicer will be on Dancing With The Stars this season. Can we just put this one to rest once and for all?
