The Scoop for Dec. 21, 2020

John Krasinski’s Holiday edition of Some Good News brought out the big guns to give a little Good News to some folks who could use it.
He brought in the big guy himself, Dwanta Claus, Dwayne The Rock Johnson.
The Rock is playing Dwanta Claus and taking care of a guy named Jay Able and his kids Christmas Wish List. Jay was trying to sell all his favorite comic book stuff so he can take care of his kids. So The Rock is not just taking care of his kids list, but he’s going to fly him out to the set of his movie Black Adam, hook him up with a bunch of DC Comics swag, and even give him his Black Adam script when he’s done with it.

Well, now I have some Good News of my own, but there’s some Bad News to go with it. The Good News is Adam Sandler is working on another project for Netflix.
The Bad News is, Netflix wants him to work with Ben Stiller.
So there’s that.

In case you’re wondering what it’s like for a celebrity just trying to run an errand, here’s 10 seconds out of Jennifer Garner’s day.
Those clicking noises are the sound of the camera taking pictures. And that’s just Jennifer walking to her car. Celebrity! Isn’t it great!?
