The Scoop for Dec. 5, 2019

Benedict Cumberbatch gives a “Master Class” on acting that isn’t just for actors. It’s for everybody.
It’s on how to seem genuine while reacting to a bad gift.
I’m sure he’s good, but here’s my tip. If you think maybe your gift isn’t going to be great, open it while someone else is opening theirs, preferably a kid. That way, everyone is watching the kid, you can open it and put it down. Then when all the hub bub of seeing the kid open theirs, you can thank whoever gave you the post it notes, or whatever turd gift they gave you.

So Will Smith has become huge on social media. He’s been vlogging everything, and recently he thought it would be fun to live video his colonoscopy. Ok, not my first choice, but ok. And then this happened. They actually found a pre-cancerous polyp, and Will was like, “Um, but that’s not funny.”
Nope. Colon cancer, or any cancer quite frankly, never funny. Sorry Will.

Here’s a sentence I never thought I’d say, but Willie Nelson has quit smoking weed. But not for the reason you might think.
It’s because his lungs can’t take it and breathing is more difficult for him these days.
Now, that doesn’t mean Willie isn’t getting high any more. He’s just not smoking his weed. Because according to Willie’s people there are, quote, “numerous ways of consumption.” Go get ’em Willie.
