Bonus Scoopage: Rosie O’Donnell is dumping her real estate. The actress and talk show host just sold her main South Nyack, New York, residence for $5.1 million — $200,000 less than her $5.3 million asking price. Another Nyack home owned by O’Donnell is in contract, while three are still on the market. She’s also selling a property in Saddle Brook, New Jersey. Last month, she sold her West Palm Beach, Florida, house for $5 million.
