The Scoop for Feb. 20, 2019

Politics and celebrity, like it or not, go hand in hand. They both court each other. Plenty of celebrities were excited about being at Trump’s inauguration, but the President really wanted rapper and actor 50 Cent to be there. They even offered him $500,000 just to be there. He didn’t even have to perform. Heck, I would have sung badly for half that.

I’m not the biggest Gwyneth Paltrow fan, but I have to say, I’ve liked her as Pepper Potts in the Marvel movies. But, it looks like we won’t be seeing her in that role any more. She says she’s technically done, but if they ever need her “for a day”, she’s down. Oh, you can spare an entire day for one of the biggest most successful movie francises in history. Cool.

Fixer Uppers Chip and Joanna Gaines have a new project, and it’s not another home. It’s a coffee shop in Texas. They don’t have a name for it yet, but I’m gonna suggest “Fixer Cup of Coffee”. Get it? Pretty solid. We talk about my fee for that later.
