The Scoop for Feb. 6, 2019

Live interviews are always exciting. You never know what a certain celebrity is going to say or do, so there’s always this hint of excitement, except during this Michael Bolton interview where it appeared he may have acctually fallen asleep. Oops. Oddly, that’s the most interesting interview Michael has done in the last 10 years.

Speaking of exciting interivews, Liam Neeson is facing a fair amount of heat for admitting during an interview that he spent a week stalking the streets hoping to kill a random black guy as an act of revenge. So now, he’s out trying to clean up after spilling that one.
Quote: “I’m not racist. This was nearly 40 years ago.”
But there is another thing on Liam’s agenda…
“Go see the movie. It’s a good movie, by the way.”
Oh yeah. His new movie. It’s called Cold Pursuit. Where a guy, get this, is seeking revenge. A little bit too close to home on this one aren’t we?

If you’re into the Marvel super hero movies, you know there’s been a lot of talk about what’s going to happen in the next Avengers movie. Well, our friend Chris Pratt is here to help because according to Chris, quote, “I know things.”
What things Chris?
“I feel like audiences are going to be blown away.”
Ok. Great. It’s like we were talking to Michael Bolton again. See, because neither one of them actually said anything.

BONUS SCOOPAGE:
Bradley Cooper says he felt “embarrassed” when he found out he didn’t get an Oscar nomination for Best Director for “A Star is Born”. “I was embarrassed because I felt I hadn’t done my job.” So your movie made over $413 million dollars and you feel like because you didn’t get nominated for an award you didn’t do your job? Okee dokee.
