The Scoop for Jan. 8, 2019

When it rains it pours. After Kevin Spacey plead not guilty to sexual assault charges yesterday, he was clearly in a hurry to get home. He was in such a hurry, he got pulled over for speeding. Kevin, don’t drive angry. You don’t need any more heat on you right now.

After months of will they or won’t they, the SPICE GIRLS are hitting the road this month. But they won’t be hitting the states. Sure they could make a boat load of money. But they’re worried that the more time they spend together, the more they’ll start hating each other.

When celebrities couple up, there’s always the question of how long will this last? Well there might be a celeb couple out there who’ve lasted since ’92 and has flown completely under the radar. Keanu Reeves and Winona Ryder. Oh, you didn’t know they were a thing? That’s ok, they didn’t know either. See, while shooting a scene for ‘Bram Stoker’s Dracula’, they might have accidentally gotten married. Maybe that’s the key to a long relationship in Hollywood. Don’t tell them they’re actually married.

Bonus Scoopage:

Chris Evans quits. What is he quitting? Apparently technology. He took to Twitter to say, “Dear All Technology, Remember the 90’s when you just WORKED??? I don’t need a ‘smart’ feature on my TV, thermostat, lights, music, refrigerator, security cameras, and f-ing car. You’re a major pain in all of our a**es. You’re not worth it. Signed, Everyone.”
It’s not clear which smart-tech failure, if any, set him off, but I find it ironic that he tookk to Twitter, a pretty advance bit of tech, to tell off technology.
