The Scoop for July 20, 2020

Supermodel Gisele Bundchen turns 40 today and this year, she’s giving gifts for her birthday. 40-Thousand gifts to be precise.
She planting planting 40,000 trees. I mean, I would have taken a gift card, but this tree is nice too.

AS we learned last week, Alex Trebek is doing was well as can be expected for someone with pancreatic cancer.
But, he does say that he will quit his cancer treatments if the current round doesn’t work. He says, quote, “There comes a time where you have to make a decision as to whether you want to continue with such a low quality of life.” Best of luck Alex.

Jeff Bridges has a new book coming out in October. Now you might be thinking, “It’s another self important celeb biography” right? Well, not exactly.
It’s a kids book he wrote with his daughter called, Daddy Daughter Day.
It actually looks super cute and it tells tales of when she was growing up and the adventures they would have. I want to ready Daddy Daughter Day 2020, where Jeff and his daughter tell stories about how they went to lunch, then went shopping, and how she had to set up Jeff’s phone so the font size was big enough for him to read without his cheaters on.
