The Scoop for July 31, 2018

Remember when President Trump met with Kim Kardashian? Turns out, she was working when he called to set up their meeting. And by working I mean she was, well… she was at a photo shoot… naked.
When he realized where she was, Trump said, “I’ll be right over.” I know, I was going to go with, “I know”, but even I thought that was too creepy.

If you’ve ever seen that show “The Talk”, you know that they close the show every time like this, “Remember, it’s always the right time to have The Talk.”
But is it? See, host Julie Chen’s husband Les Moonves has been accused of of sexual harassment by six women. But Julie said the only statement she’ll make on the topic she already made… on Twitter.
Oh, so I guess it’s not always the right time to talk about other people. Got it.

Nicole Kidman had to do her parently duties the other day when her and her kids had unexpected company in their pool…a spider. I know, you’re thinking, big deal, it’s just a spider right? Nope. She captured a tarantula. But, being from Australia, that’s probably the least deadly thing she’s seen at a pool.

The fires in northern California are crazy right now. And there are thousands of people in need of help. And they’re getting it in the form of TV food person, Guy Fieri.
Ca you imagine trying to leave your home, having no food or water or anything and Guy Fieri tries to take you to flavor town? You’d be like, “Nah, I’m good. ”

Bonus Scoopage:
Denzel Washington’s marriage might be one of the strongest in Hollywood. He just celebrated his 35th wedding anniversary with wife Pauletta and was asked what their secret is. Denzel joked, “I do what I’m told. I keep my mouth shut.” That is solid advice.
