The Scoop for June 9, 2020

For some reason, CNN’s Chris Cuomo has become a bit of a sex symbol lately. I think maybe the quarantine has some people getting a bit hot and bothered about more than just the economy. But yesterday, Chris somehow showed up naked one of his wife’s Instagram yoga videos.

I really don’t get how this keeps happening. Oh, you’re live on the internet? Let me just walk through the background in my birthday suit. No big deal.

This is a good news/bad news kind of deal. Production for TV and Film gets back up and running, which is good news. But the bad news is that any, quote “close contact moments” will have to be rewritten, abandoned, or done with CGI.

So we’re either going to get a lot of computer-enhanced sex scenes, or a lot of first person views… which could bring this back to good news. Hmm.

Remember when the sheltering in place started and we were all about the Tiger King? Well, Joe Exotic is a bit worried that his cause has been lost to the pandemic and the protests, so he’s written a letter the President asking for a pardon. And of course he’s got his legal team in DC in a motor home circling the White House.

You’ve heard of Meals on Wheels, this is like Plea Deals on Wheels. If Joe gets out of this thing, he could have a whole new career in motor home legal aid. Just a thought.
