The Scoop! For March 12, 2021

Seth Rogen is finally doing what he was meant to do, sell weed.
And apparently, everybody wants that Seth Rogen high, because his website, Houseplant.com, crashed.
His weed must be good, because normally people don’t crash until after they get high.


HBO is gearing up to do a documentary on the life of Paul Reubens. And if you don’t remember, that’s Pee-wee Herman.
Pee-Wee says, quote, “I love HBO, but I’m not going to marry them.”
I wonder how much of the documentary will be taken up by that movie theater incident. Remember. The one? If you know you know.


Eddie Van Halen wasn’t the only high profile 80’s guitar player to perform on a Michael Jackson Record. Steve Lukather from Toto played on three songs from the Thriller album, but he almost didn’t. Because when Michael called him, Steve didn’t believe it was Michael.
To be fair, this was 1982 and Michael called at 8 in the morning, and really, no one in the music scene was awake at 8am at any point during the 80’s.
