The Scoop for May 1, 2019

Sharon Osbourne opened up about her battle with depression recently in her own unique way.
Here’s the deal. I’m not making a joke here because depression isn’t funny. So if Sharon opening up about it gives someone the courage to ask for help then good on Sharon for opening up. And if you need help, reach out. You can call the Mental Health Center of Champaign 24/7 at 217.359.4141.

Ok, on to thinking better thoughts. Chris Hemsworth. He’s coming off the biggest opening weekend ever with his new movie “Avengers: Endgame” and he just wants you to know he appreciates everyone coming out.
“Thank you, thank you, thank you.”
After spending $50+ bucks for me and the wife to get tickets and snacks to your super hero show, I would think a thank you would be in order, so thanks for that Thor. 🙂

First it was on. Then it was off. Now it might be back on again. Woodstock 50 lost it’s backer this week and word was that it was cancelled.
But the co-founder of Woodstock 50 says not so fast. They say it’s still on, it’s still going to happen, they just need to find some partners. So we’ll have to wait and see how this trip pans out.  (It’s a Woodstock/Brown Acid joke.)
