The Scoop for May, 20, 2019

So there was a big horse race this weekend, The Preakness, and a horse named War of Will won, but to me, the best part of the race happened right at the start. A dude fell off his horse. Fell right off! And that wasn’t some rookie, that was a hall of fame jockey landing on his back side as soon as the race started. Dude had one job. Stay on the horse. Apparently horse racing is tougher than I thought.

Some idiot ran up behind Arnold Schwarzenegger at an event in South Africa and drop-kicked him in the back. Arnold didn’t even fall down, because well, he’s Arnold. Arnie didn’t even kill him. I know, shocking. And yes, Arnie is ok.

It took him 30 years, but Matthew McConaughey finally got his high school diploma. Yes, he completed high school, no he didn’t have to take any classes, he just never picked it up back in the day. Now why would it take him 30 years to pick up his diploma.
Oh, yeah. it’s Matthew McConaughey. That’s why.

Bonus Scoopage:
Apparently Mick Jagger’s recovery from heart surgery is going well.
