A third installment in the Sherlock Holmes movie franchise is in the works, with a release date planned for Christmas Day 2020. The film will be a follow-up to the 2011 film, Sherlock Holmes: A Game of Shadows. There is no confirmation whether Robert Downey Jr. or his co-star, Jude Law, will return to the series. Here’s the deal, I really liked those movies. I’m not sure I’d be as excited about this third movie without RDJ or Jude Law. They were really fun. Fingers crossed.
