The Scoop for Nov. 15, 2019

Eddie Murphy apparently has decided to bring back all the things. He’s bringing back his stand up with a new special for Netflix. And now we find out he’s bringing Axel Foley back.
Yep, it looks like Netflix will be the home for Beverly Hills Cop 4. I’m not going to say I’m worried about this project, but I’m already worried about this project.

Scarlett Johansson has carved out quite the career for herself, but it wasn’t easy. Early on, in her late teens and early 20’s, she was, in her words, “hyper-sexualized”. And that wasn’t really her choice.
“It was never anyting I intended… It was kind of crafted for me by probably a bunch of dudes in the industry.”
As a dude, I can confidently say, there are plenty of dudes out there who are just awful people. And before you start with the “she didn’t have to take those jobs” line. In Hollywood, like anywhere else, you take the jobs you’re given, or you don’t work in that industry.

How did I not know this was happening? There’s a new SpongeBob movie coming called Sponge On The Run, and Keanu Reeves is in it.
Just when I almost lost all faith in Hollywood, they hit me with this gem. Thank you Hollywood. Thank you.
