The Scoop for Nov. 28, 2018

Thanksgiving is over, and Christmastime is here. And while I’ve never been the guy to jump on Christmas music early, how can I not when it’s William Shatner with Billy Gibbons of ZZ Top? Thanks Shatner Claus.


Earlier this year, John Oliver bought Russell Crowe’s jockstrap from his movie “Cinderalla Man” and sent it to a Blockbuster in Alaska just for funsies. Well, to return the favor, at an Australian zoo, Russell has built and named a building after John: The John Oliver Koala Chlamydia Ward. When you think about it, it’s quite an honor. I mean they’re doing good work down there. See, now you’re part of history John.

Will Smith is on vacation in Abu Dabi right now with his son Trey, and they’re doing some father/son bonding. And while they were down there, Trey told Will that he wasn’t just his dad, he was his best friend. First, that’s super sweet. Second, Will Smith has a son named Trey. See, you learn something new every day.

It looks like we’re picking up shortly after where we left off, with DJ sending Steve to Los Angeles to pursue his dream job of being a foot doctor to the Los Angeles Lakers. The trailer reveals that Steve quits the job to come back to San Francisco and give his relationship with DJ a real shot. Fuller House Season 4 premieres Friday, December 14 on Netflix.
