The Scoop for Nov. 29, 2018

Sylvester Stallone says his run as Rocky Balboa is over. Rocky has seen a resurgence with the two Creed movies, so some thought that Rocky would continue but Sly says it’s time to pass the torch. Sly says, “I thought Rocky was over in 2006 and I was very happy with that.” He goes on to thank Michael B. Jordan for continuing the legacy.
Hmm. I thought Rocky was over in 82. Go figure.

Former and I guess current Spice Girl, Mel B had a tattoo she wasn’t pleased with, so she took steps to get rid of it. She had it cut from her body and she keeps the skin in a jar. Mel says she knows that, quote, “Sounds a little strange.” No Mel. That sounds a lot strange. Can you imagine opening her fridge and finding that next to a month old thing of guacamole? Gross.

Has there been a royal falling out? I have no idea, but the internet thinks there’s tension between Prince William and Prince Harry, so of course it’s true. A “friend” said that trouble started after Harry and Meghan Markle got engaged. “Harry felt William wasn’t rolling out the red carpet for Meghan and told him so.” If you care, whatever rift there was has already been smoothed out, so, never mind.

Bonus Scoopage:
Cheers to Jon Bon Jovi. The singer’s wine, Hampton Water, which he developed with his son Jesse Bongiovi and French winemaker Gerard Bertrand, was recently named the top-ranked rosé of 2018 by Wine Spectator. The vino grabbed the 83rd spot on the list of Top 100 Wines, which only included one other rosé besides Hampton Water.
