Remember Back to the Future? Classic right? Now close your eyes and imagine Marty McFly, but, instead of Michael J. Fox, Marty is played by Ben Stiller.
Needless to say, I don’t think we would have had a Back to the Future 2 or 3 if Ben Stiller got the part. He’s just awful.
Hollywood has made a habit out of digging up classics from my childhood and either rebooting them or trying to squeeze a little more out of them. Well here’s one I’m actually stoked about. Disney+ is developing a show based on the 1988 movie “Willow”.
And yes, Warwick Davis will be back in the title role.
Speaking of dredging up everything from the 80’s, Crocodile Dundee is back, but this time Paul Hogan is playing himself in “The Very Excellent Mr. Dundee”.
Now see, this is a movie I think we could have left on the “Yeah, but do we really need to do this?” pile. The answer is no, no we don’t.
