For some reason, the BBC was interviewing Steven Seagal yesterday. At one point they asked him about the rape allegation against him, and his response was, well, he got up and walked out of the interview. I guess Steven felt like he was Under Seige. See, that’s one of his terrible movies. Under Seige.
Amy Schumer had an interesting day yesterday. She was arrested yesterday at a protest in D.C. And here I thought it was for her movie Snatched. Don’t get me wrong, Trainwreck was solid, but even Goldie Hawn couldn’t save that one.
Lady Gaga’s movie “A Star is Born” is out today and she had an interesting way of getting into her character. She took off her make up and went back to her natural hair color. Why? Because her under the make up and hair isn’t really her, the her with the make up and hair is the real her. Got it. I think.

Chris Evans on Thursday announced he has officially hung up his shield. After playing Captain America for nearly a decade, he tweeted that it was over: “Officially wrapped on Avengers 4. It was an emotional day to say the least. Playing this role over the last 8 years has been an honor. To everyone in front of the camera, behind the camera, and in the audience, thank you for the memories! Eternally grateful.”
Cap was of course his second Marvel superhero he portrayed on the big screen. He played Johnny Storm in the Fantastic Four films in 2005 and 2007. It was his mother who convinced him to take the role of Captain America. So thanks, Chris’s mom.
