The Scoop for Oct. 8, 2019

The Alex Trebek story is tragic but inspiring. We see Alex being Alex every day on Jeopardy, but the reality is, Alex has pancreatic cancer and it’s starting to really take it’s toll on him.
“I will keep doing is as long as my skills don’t diminish, and they’ve started to diminish.”
Look, Alex, we love ya. And we love seeing you you TV every day. But get better. Take care of yourself.

Speaking of taking it’s toll, Brett Favre now wonders if he played too long. Because his memory isn’t as good as it used to be, and he’s worried about how the game affected his brain.
Again, just take care of yourself Brett. Man, this is a super serious Scoop today.

Well, we’re going to chang that up real quick. Remember comedian Dane Cook?
Well, he’s apparently still doing comedy and has enough swing to land a young girlfriend. How young?
He’s 47, she’s 20.
I know. Weird and a little creepy right? But even Dane gets that it’s not 100 percent normal.
“Sometimes I’ll say to myself, where have you been all my life, and then I realize she wasn’t alive for the first 28 years of my life.”
Just in case you want some more of that genius, he’s on tour. No where really close, but yeah. Dane Cook everybody. I never liked that guy.
